CANCELLATION POLICY
☑️Health & Safety · If sick, reschedule ASAP ☑️ Punctuality · 10 min late: No intricate art/designs. · 15 min late: Appointment will be canceled & card will be charged 100% of service booked. ☑️Cancellations/Rescheduling · 48-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling. · Failure to do so results in 100% of service fee will be charged. ☑️Deposits · Non-refundable for no-shows or cancelled appointments within 48 hours before appointment. · New deposit required for new appointments.
